What is the Consumers Energy Store?
The Consumers Energy Store is an online store that makes purchasing energy saving products and services easy by applying discounts instantly during checkout for eligible products.
Who is eligible for discounted products?
Residential Consumers Energy customers are eligible to receive discounts on products through the store.
How are the discounts applied?
The discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Your eligibility will be verified before the checkout process. There are many factors that affect eligibility, such as customer type (residential or commercial) and product limits. The most common reasons a customer might be ineligible are:
• New Consumers Energy utility customers may take up to 30 days to be eligible for discounts.
• Customer accounts may have reached a limit on certain products and will not receive discounts beyond the designated limit.
• If purchasing a smart thermostat enrolled in Consumers Energy's Smart Thermostat Program, the unit must be installed and connected your thermostat to Wi-Fi within 60 days of its shipment in order to keep your bonus.
Why is my address not populating?

I am having trouble with the account validation process. What can I do?
The account holder’s name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your Consumers Energy bill. You may contact us at [email protected] or 888-674-4153 for assistance.
Can I place multiple orders?
Yes, you can place multiple orders. However, there are limits on the total number of an item you can order at one time, as well as per year.
Are there limitations to the number of eligible discounted products I can claim?
Yes, there are quantity limits for the products listed below.

How do I know if a thermostat is compatible with my system?

Order Information
How can I view and print my online order confirmation?
You can view your order information in the order confirmation email or in My profile > My Orders.
How do I track my order?
The tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email or in My profile > My Orders.
When will my order ship?
Typically, products are shipped within two to five business days after the order is placed. Shipping dates cannot be adjusted.
Returns
Can I return my order?
If you purchase a qualifying product through the Consumers Energy Store you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] or 888-674-4153 for assistance.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Cancelations and modifications are not currently available. However, you may request a return after receiving the product.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund two weeks after we have received your product(s).
Payment and Shipping
How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery is five to seven business days.
How will my shipment arrive?
If you ordered an air purifier, dehumidifier, advanced power strip, aerator or showerhead, you will receive your product(s) via Amazon.
If you ordered an ecobee smart thermostat, you will receive your product via FedEx.
If you ordered a Nest, Honeywell, Sensi or Amazon smart thermostat, you will receive your product via UPS.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.
How will the charge show up on my bank or credit card statement?
The charge will show up as CONSUMERS ENERGY STORE on your statement.
The item I bought is now on sale. Can I get a price match?
Since sales and promotions have strict dates set by the manufacturer, our company policy does not allow us to price match orders placed before or after the advertised sale period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
